Looking at a TJ Today

Hello Jeepers,

My current vehicle isn't running too hot so my parents are willing to help me get a Jeep before I move to Austin for school. Our price range is about $7500. It'll probably be my DD and won't see much highway use. I'd like to go on trails at some point so that's how much off-roading I'll probably do in the next few years until I graduate. I've been searching around town and think I found a decent deal.
It is a 1998 Hard top TJ with 99xxx miles for $7300. It looks stock and that's what I'm looking for. From the pics it looks great, but the only thing I don't like about it is that it's a 4 banger. I know the 6cyl will have more power, but since I will be doing general driving will the 4cyl get the job done? Also I'm going to check it out today, should there be anything I need to look out for?

Thanks in advance
