fourty4magjr Oh man your definatly not going over doing it! It looks awesome I am doing my grill pretty soon here probably tomorrow maybe tonight who knows but take a look at my profile pic I have both fenders all black because I had to replace the one and i didn't want to fuss with paying someone to paint it to match so I bed lined them and I think the look good! Awesome jeep man!

JRoweMDN I like the hood and the front of the fenders. I really like the way you outlined the front lip of the hood like a bug guard. The hood raised area looks as good as a set of lovers. I am not a big fan of the black grill but with your scheme it works and I am not sure the rest would look as good without it being painted, plus if you like it then who cares what I think.

The only really bad part I can see is the front tag.

A_Jeeper The Jeep looks great Bulldog. I am thinking about re-doing the black accents on mine with bedliner.

Swole97TJ No primer huh? I may have to do this. I like the way it's looking.

BulldawgJeepin @blsport7- its holding up like a champ. I do mostly trail riding but live on a gravel road too, so it has seen its fair share of rocks, branches and dirt. So far no scratches after almost a year. The color is holding up well too. I didn't prime it at all, just sanded with 60 grit and smoothed with 80 and 100. I made sure I got through the clear coat and a decent scuff in the paint. I've been very pleased with it so far. Only recommendation would be to NOT use frog tape. The good ole blue stuff from 3m worked great, frog tape didn't stick worth a sh!t. Thanks for the feedback errbody, I'll post more pics as more is painted.

I was thinking about doing my rockers too!.. It was that, or the bushwacker black diamond plate ones for about $80.. Still don't know which way To go... If you do it let us know how it turns out?.......and how is yours holding up bulldawg?

thrill23 I agree with the message above. It's your Jeep and Jeep wranglers are made to be
modified to the owners standards or looks. That’s what makes Jeeps cool and fun for hobbies related to Jeep wranglers. I actually want to put bed liner inside the jeep to protect the floor inside. Really Cool….

MarkNog Definitely looks good, I'm not really a fan of bedlining the front of the fenders though...

00tj2 I think it looks good... Im finding that the spray on stuff really doesn't hold up that well though. Unless the primer I used is no good it seems to chip off pretty easy. I hope your having better luck.

Swole97TJ Looks good man! I've been toying with Plasti-Dip on the body of mine just to see if I like the black look on certain spots. I have a blue TJ by the way. I like it so far. So I'm considering going a more permanant route and using bedliner. Any tips you can give me from the experience? I've already used bedliner to make my fender flares look better.

kbarber I think it looks great! It's your Jeep, who cares if someone thinks its too much, if you like it thats all that matters.

Too much bedliner?

I spent all day Sunday masking, sanding and applying more bedliner to Regina. I had already done the rocker panels and fender flares with Rustoleum's version of the product. I couldn't stand the look of the typical cracking paint on the hood from it flexing and got several significant chips while driving cross country a few weeks ago, so I figured bedliner would be the best fix. As more paint blemishes occur, I'll treat them the same. Eventually I'll sandblast the entire thing and have either line-x or rhino cover it all...still might do Monstaliner myself. Next items will be windshield hinges, door and tailgate hinges and insets on doors where the handles are. What's everyone think? Am I getting carried away?
