Crack in my gas tank

Had a gas cap light come on two days ago on my new JK 3400 miles. Replaced the cap, no change. Took it to the dealer and they changed the cap again, put a new evap can in. Still had an evap leak. They found a crack where the filler tube goes into the tank. New tank arrives tommorw. I don't think I have ever heard of a cracked tank before. Just thought I'd share since it was an odd one. Two days with out the jeep is painful, I have mods waiting to be put on.
