TJ_Babe Thanks Moz. I'll reset it this weekend and keep you posted.

MOz Codes 122 and 138 are not related to the evap system or your gas cap. I'd suggest you reset the codes and re-evaluate your situation. If you have changed the cap 3x then in IMHO, the dealer did not fix the problem correctly. I'd suggest possibly replacing the purge solenoid.

I hate my gas cap.

So once again I am feeling somewhat defeated by my fuel system. This is a completely unmodified 02 X. I have gotten on and off the P0445 code for the last several years and I've just played with the gas cap to get it off. But now, my engine light came on again and the key dance revealed several new codes. I got:

P0122 Throttle Posiion Sensor voltage at PCM is < 0.1v for 1.3 seconds.
P0138 Downstream O2 sensor short to voltage
P0442 Small Evap Leak
P0445 Gross Evap Leak
P0456 Another small evap leak?

So is it possible the gas cap is to blame for all these? (BTW, it's a factory cap. This is the third cap all bought at the dealer) And I am going to get a new cap today from the dealer AGAIN.
