Beastmaster you might want to take a look under your front end and make sure everything is okay. I'd pay particular attention to your track bar.

unclesamsmisguidedchild Usually means your steering wheel isn't centered in relation to the front wheeels.

NU2DAWAVE Hey guys or gals last week over at Elvis and Jackhandle these lights turned on but haven't turned off was wondering if any of you had this happen or know how to resolve this situation. Is it bad to drive around with them on? I don't feel any thing wrong as I drive

Well considering that it took an hour an half just to get to florence then another damm 50 minutes to the trail head then 5 hours for the trail (remember only 4 of us), then an hour back to the road to load up then into florence to wait for someone to show up then over to Elvis to set up camp. That made for a long day.

Yes the hardest one I have been on. Mentally and phsically demanding all day long.

Saturday a select group ran highway to hell for the 1st time ever. I never thought that my jeep would be up to that level but it is.
So it was a long day?

Is H2H the hardest trail you have been on?

Considering I high centered twice in Florence the weekend before last weekend, until I get my 37s I am not going back. Tires should be on first week of May. Driveshaft is ordered, getting new shocks for the rear, one has a huge dent. If I can sell my Blazer I will get an air locker for the front and be selectable front and rear.

unclesamsmisguidedchild The last obstacle on jackhandle is very hard on the 2 doors. The placement of the obstacles doesn't bode well for them and their wheelbase.

I wasn't spotting on Jackhandle I rode up to the top of the hill and relaxed.



Saturday a select group ran highway to hell for the 1st time ever. I never thought that my jeep would be up to that level but it is.

ferninAZ I have the base made by hi lift which is a little wider on all sides but not as tall as the AEV one. Way better than a 2x4. I have a hi lift and my scissor jack in my Jeep. I have used the hi lift to do everything but change a tire on a trail. The scissor jack has always worked changing a tire. Way safer.

unclesamsmisguidedchild Look at 90% of the stuff that we run on. Rocks, I dont' think an inflatable jack would be good in the rocks. Everyone always runs a hi lift but they are dangerous as hell. Why not try and find a aluminum floor jack that will fit in the back? You can lift under the axle, might need to carry a board for the jack to sit on though so that it doesn't sink.

he did convince me but I haven't bought nothing yet wanted to know a little bit more about the inflatable

NU2DAWAVE Just want to know what is preferred for first jack owned before I buy. I don't know if it was a sale pitch or if it was true fact of what he (the sales person) was telling me.

I have a 2008 JK 4 door with a 3.5 inch lift, I have plastic bumpers but I also have rock sliders

Ok with that said what jack should I get the sales guy said that I would be better off with the inflatable jack. I do have air lockers so compressor is installed. He also said I would need a five ft jack be if I didn't go with the inflatable, a four foot one would be too short with the lift I have on the Jeep. He did convince me in buying the inflatable but just wondering are they any good as in:

I dont know, I will put it on there. I know some folks can wheel Sunday but its hard on most.

I tore the boot on Saturday, tore it completely off in the garage Saturday night. Went wheeling on Sunday and got the check engine light. No worries though, warranties for know existing problems are awesome.
