hcwi2010 Thanks for the reply. After getting some info elsewhere I think I will go with the Goodyear MTR -K.

kbwwolf The MT's are good tires, but I'm not sure how much highway life you'll get out of them. And they may actually be noisier than the KM2's. Generally, they're boutique tires and are priced as such, though the price you listed doesn't sound too bad.

Since you live in Indiana, I'd advise you to look at GoodYear DuraTracs. Great for snow (anything slick, actually), long tread life, light weight, quiet.

Mickey Thompson BAJA STZ

I am researching new tires for my 08 Rubi JK. Anybody have feedback on the Mickey Thompson BAJA STZ 255/75R17. I found them on line for $204.00 each. I only drive my Jeep part time and mostly on the road so I need something that handles the road as well as a little offroading. It came with BFG AT's which seem like a good tire, noisy though. I would love to get the Mickey's if the performance was similar just so that I could say that I was running Mickey Thompsons. Anyway any feedback is much appreciated.
