Sweet! I'm gonna order up the pastic flat fenders and probly take off the rear flares too.
I was unsure of what the laws were. I know that PA is a pain in th rear but wasnt sure what was legal in NY. I see volkswagen randrails and dune buggys running around without fenders so thought it might be legal...

From what I've heard around the forum..(this one or maybe another one)...NY has no laws for tires sticking out. There's Jeeps and other trucks all over with tires sticking out plenty past the fenders, or flares.
I occasionally see a blue YJ with full width axles and tubed fenders. Basically the whole 35 or 37" tire sticks out of the side, lol.
Dont take my word for it though. Its just something I read. Double check for your own good. It could very well be illegal.

|Lowrollin12||I would think NY would have a problem with that... They have laws for everthing. If a cop wants to be a dick he can give you a ticket for that im almost positive.|

Fender laws in New York?
My front fenders are rusting up pretty bad and I'm going to go with those Plastic Flatty fenders. The pronlem is that my tires already stick out 5 inches from my stock fender flare...without the stock 3 inch flare they will stick out 8 inches! Is that even legal? This is a daily driver with 4 inch lift and 33s with mickey thompson offset wheels. Thanks!
