Dakota123 Would love some more info on this beast

Uncle Ugly Well as u can see from the pics we got it done. Tera flex nuckle and Dom with heim joints for drag n tie rod. Nothing protruding through the body. It all fits with a lot of figuring n fabing. Will try to get some pics soon of all the stuff welded on this beast. It has great road manners and runs strait. Flex like crazy and good manners. Not a bad combo. Pics n descriptions to come on what we had to address to get it done on stock axles.

JEEPDON Tim had another spectator when he took his JEEP out for a shakedown run!!

Not bad at all for a little guy!!

JEEPDON Yep; it's flexy for sure. He is probably going to have to do some extreme trimming around his front fenders. Maybe have to go to a rock crawler type hood or something.

All the "smart stuff" is up to them!! They have already built the new crossmember.
He is going to run 37's on it; and as for steering-- more smart stuff!!
Any updates?

Welcome to the fun stuff. Erase "bolt on" and "kit" from your vocabulary.

What are you guys doing about steering?
What size tires will this thing be running?
Gonna build a crossmember for the trans mount or drill some holes in the new plate?
Have fun fitting CO's on TJ axles without going through the tub.

Cons_Table Try a "Timmy Two Springs LJ Build"

Looks like its gonna be a sweet rig though.

Timmy Two Springs TJ Build!!

To start; Timmy picked up this 2005 TJ rubbycon unlimited. We took him wheeling with us a few times, and his tires were rubbing loud enough in the wheel wells that we could hear him coming a hundred yards away( hence: rubbycon)!! Then he would get hung up on his belly like a turtle.
So; at that point, Timmy got pissed and got on the horn and ordered up this Genright Elite, long arm coil over suspension and all that showed for over a week was two coil over springs. (Hence the nickname Timmy Two Springs)!
But; enough of that; He has taken it all good naturedly!!

Cutting and grinding all the old brackets and mounts off of the frame and axles.

Then home fabbed the rear axle bridge.

4 link triangulated system going in

More to come as the boys had to go to work for another week to pay the bills
