Rugged Ridge 17x9 vs ATX assault / shackle

so I'm narrowing down to these two rims. I'm looking to run 265 17 on them (although somebody could maybe convince me to go 285 however, I'm mostly a dd with some offroad, so I'm thinking I'm better off sticking to the 265)

any pros and cons on the two? The rugged ridge is hub centric if that makes a lot of diff ...

Tires will be Duratracs. I'm leaning towards the C load range 265 ...

I like the thought of ATX teflon for maintenance, although I like the looks of the black painted / semi polished / machine combos better

This is on a 2012 JKU / 3.73 / 6 speed primary purpose is DD. Want the Duratracs for better on road handling in wet / snow and some offroading.
