I'll see you next weekend then and have a great time in Calico.

Grant is talking about going to Coyote Canyon and a couple other places next trip to Ocotillo. Should be good fun in the water at CC. Google it to see some video of the trails.

JeepHerz Nice video Kota. Thanks for the hard work. Plus for providing visual evidence that I need lockers & 4.10s. And that all damage done in Ocotillo was NOT done my me. ; )
(Well, except for the bumper damage...)

Looks like you guys and gals had a great weekend. (wish I could have joined you) In one of the photo's I could see the wind caves in the distance so you must have been close to where I wheeled last weekend in Anza Borrego. This photo is from San Stone Canyon which is off of Fish Creek Trail. Not a difficult trail but very scenic. For those of you that are new to Anza Borrego you should put this on you list for an easy scenic day.

Nice Kota.
If anyone finds a pair of black rimmed eyeglasses lying around let me know. Probably buried in the sands of Ocotillo somewhere. Oh well, I am only a little blind.

Thanks to Grant and Dakota for setting up runs Wed - Sat. Each day way different, scenic, and fun. There is a ton to do and see in that area! Also thanks to Bill, Tracy, Jenn, Adrian, and Gary who are always a pleasure to wheel with. A special thanks to Grant and his wife Diane as they were amazing host for the entire four days. They truly went out of their way hosting some spectacular dinner parties. Riding around in a jeep is fun but nothing compared to spending time with great people. We has the best of both. Happy Thanksgiving!
Well said Dan, X2.

thanks!

I know where to start on the work we need done- we have the opposite problem. You need suspension- I need the lockers and the gearing. Should we go in in Powerball tickets?
YES, because that is about how much money I will need to finish my jeep!

I figured- I remembered you mentioning it might take 24 hours to upload it all from Ocotillo. THanks for posting and video-ing!

I have so much to do to my jeep and don't know where to start. One thing forsure, I need to fix our suspension!

JeepHerz [QUOTE=Kota7x;3033499]Saturday's Run is up, Enjoy.

Is that Friday's run Kota?
Either way- good memories. Now I just need to buy some touch up paint for the slider and the bumper. Beauty blemishes....
Thanks for the hospitality on Saturday Bill, Tracy, Dan & Tamey. You all must've left early- you were all gone by the time we got up. (You already know- but don't bother trying the 15 to 79 route. We drove by 3 trucks/Rvs broken down on the way out.)
Dan/Tamey- can you post the pics from the steep section on the way down? I don't Facebook and since Adrian was driving....
Dan- our office neighbor/friend wants to sell his Warn 9000 w/synthetic. He doesn't know the full model but is checking. Let me know if you want further info. before I post it on the "for sale" section. It's used- but gently. He is a contractor and thought he'd have more use for it. Good guy- it would be from a trustworthy source.

Nothing serious Dave, just pulled the rear upper CA mount off the axle. It's s thin stock weld and will be better than new with some added JPI steel reinforcement. It waited till the end of the 2nd day to break, so I got lucky there...
