flatsfisher83 Everyone down here waves unless it is a stock JK or JKU. Mainly Saharas and bottom line Sports. They don't have a problem texting while driving, though.

My theory: They don't hang out on forums and know the rules of the road so they aren't cool like us!

rubiconman1 YOU GO SILENCER; you nailed in on the head i own two jk's and weave to everyone and very proud to be a owner. so hopefully everyone weaves no matter what type or mod. jeep you have...

It's COMPLETELY the opposite where I live (near Edwardsville). I own a 4-door JKU that's relatively stock (meaning only minor mods...so far) and I ALWAYS wave at other Wranglers. Always, without fail. Wanna know who RARELY waves back? People with older or modded Jeeps! I'm starting to get the impression that people with a TJ, YJ, CJ, or anyone who has mods that are noticeable from a distance (lifts, big tires, light bars, etc) seem to think they're more "real" (i.e. special) than I am...like I'm not a "real" Jeeper because I have an unmodded JK and, therefore, don't deserve their precious wave. It's not like those folks couldn't possibly know about the Jeep wave! Of course they know (at least most of them better). Nope, their disregard for me and other JK owners is clearly intentional in my opinion.

Anyway, got news for those folks with older Jeeps or "big" mods: if you don't wave to ANY other Wrangler, it is YOU who are not a real Jeeper! Real Jeepers wave, regardless of your bias or prejudice.

lemon714 noticed that since the day i got my jeep. dont even look at the 4 doors anymore, for what ever reason the 4 door drivers seem a little stuck up.
