maddog I bought 6 fender washers along with 6 rubber washers to match and placed them under the bolts. Cheap and solves the problem!

tango3065 Took it to the dealer today and the salesman that sold it and the service manager looked at it and said they would contact Chrysler to see if they would replace it or else the would repair it and I told him I want it replaced its only 3 days old. I'm not gonna be happy if they decide to try to repair it.

BTW must be a common problem because I found these and I will be ordering them - http://www.jeepswag.com/hardtopsaver/index.htm

Hardtop owners check your screws

Dang Jeep quality control, looking over my jeep today and when the factory tightened the hard top they must of over tightened one of the screws and the top has a crack (busted) under it.

I guess I will see how good warranty is on a 2 day old Jeep and hope they will remove that softtop for me while they are at it for free .
