riggerking I know with my 97, I had a plastic piece broken on my blend door. Put a screw in it reconnecting it to the actuator and works like a champ once again. The blend door should be located inside the dash just above the hump on the left side. You should see two little silver arms. One of them has possibly broken. Just my .02 worth.

2002 TJ Air Conditioning / Vents Problem

As per the title, I have a '02 TJ Sahara. I've been working some behind the dash, and my vent's won't blow air out the head level. I can go to the feet, and windshield, but even in the foot and head setting the air only comes out at my feet. I've had it fixed once before at a dealer (for waaayyyyy too much $) and was told I disconnected a vaacum line. I've been poking around, trying to fix the problem, but no luck so far.
Has anyone else had the same problem, or have any idea what I should be looking for back there to reconnect?
THANKS!
