Full Spool Grease turns black with age and wear. So I use the lighter color to help determine when to stop pumping the gun.

Jerry Bransford Not all greases are compatible with each other so it's best to never mix them. Personally, I would stick with the tubes of grease your autoparts store sells that are labled as being for Chrysler vehicles.

UFOtestpilot As long as it's not for wheel bearings I have sworn by marine grade grease for all of my suspension bushes and the like for years. Not one of my heavily modified go-fast machines has ever had an issue with it and the stuff stays put the longest through the wet nasty crap that is everywhere here for 8 months out of the year. Just don't use any graphite molybdenum stuff near aluminum parts!

What grease to use

I think i have some fittings on the front of my 02 tj that need filled with grease. i know common practice of how to use a grease gun but im concerned with which grease i should use. i didnt realize there were so many types at the auto store anyways pics of greasable areas on the front end would be great. i think it will help take sme play out of it. thanks in advance!
