CarolinaBound pretty sure those are 33x11's. And yea you'll definitely notice a difference. Last weekend I went wheeling with a guy in a JKUR on 33's. Looks good. As for what tire everyone loves their Duratracs and BFG A/Ts. So check a few threads on those out. I'm biased towards my General Grabber AT2's, we got a pretty good crew of us using them though, no complaints yet. Happy jeeping

Wheels and Tires

Hi All,

I am new to the Jeep Forum but so far it is very informative. I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited. I want to get bigger tires. My stock tires are 255/75/17 and I want to get 285/70/17's. I am wondering if getting them would be much of a difference in size or would they look good? Also, does anyone have any recommendations on a tire. I use my Jeep for DD and since I live in SoCal, most of the offroading I do is in the desert although I do go up to Big Bear quite a bit. Need a tire that would be good in the snow and sand. I don't deal much with mud. Anyones opinion would be much appreciated!!!
