Android Forum App: Fixing your issues away.

Plenty of people are having issues regarding the Android WF Application. Following these steps to troubleshoot problems or reset an app. If your on a custom ROM then the issue could be the ROM itself. If your in stock Gingerbread, Ice scream, Jelly bean etc then these steps should fix it. I'm running Ice Cream Sandwich [ICS] , if your running Jelly Bean [JB] or Gingerbread [GB] the steps are very similar.

Clearing Cache/Data

You need to tap on the Menu Key which is located on the left side of the phone and then need to tap on Settings.

After selecting the Settings option, you need to tap on Applications option from the list.

On ICS: Tap on the app WF Access

On GB: Tap on Manage Applications from the list as shown below.
On JB: Switch to the All column, tap on WF Access.

On ICS: Tap the Clear Data and or Clear Cache

On GB: After clicking on the Manage applications option, click on the WF Access. And then select Clear Data and or Clear Cache.
On JB: Tap the Clear Data and or Clear Cache

NOTE: Clearing Data will remove associated data (username and password, for example), and its stored cache (temporary files held for quick access)
