Well, I did it. I researched and tire-kicked. I looked new, old, and in between. I ended up with a 99 Wrangler Sport 6 cyl.

The reverse lights do not work, I think it is the relay/switch, so I will replace that.

The wheels/tires are stock. I am thinking of upgrading to 31s. There seems to be a great deal of info on that here (which is great).

The Jeep came with a HardTop only. I am thinking of getting a SoftTop and the hardware for same.

I would like to treat the under body with some rust inhibitor black paint. I also was thinking of using some Mother's Clay on the exterior.

When the weather breaks I would like to pull the rear seat out, remove the carpet and clean up the interior metal.

Any other thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
