Help build my Jeep

Hey Ya’ll, I’m about to buy an 09 Wrangler X and will be making many upgrades. A few things I know I want is upgraded sound, dual exhausts, better lights, brush guard, 2 inch lift, 32 inch tires, etc… what would you do? I have about 26-28K to work with. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Brian
My first Jeep was an impulse buy and I didn’t get what I wanted. This will be my prize for being stuck the past five years in a Chevy Silverado.
