No heat and cold out need help ASAP!

I have a 2000 jeep tj and the previous owner butchered the wiring behind the heater control unit so everything is melted etc i know the blower motor is fine cause I had a mechanic fix his wiring a little but it only worked on med heat and only on the vents no defrost etc. the mechanic told me I need everything including pigtails and I'm having a hard time finding them online. Where can I get the heater control unit with all the pigtails and and everything I need as everything is half melted. Wish I could explain more. Also I have checked all the junkyards around and all they have is 99 or later tjs that doesn't have the the 3 dial display. Thanks any help would be appreciated as its very cold where I live and were suppose to have some snow storms. Thanks!
