It's just the nature "5" link suspension setups. When you raise the frame the trac bars are going to be affected. Like Ben said above the front will move to the drivers and rear to the passengers.
For a BB, I wouldn't do anything. Make sure your toe in is right at about 1/8th inch "toe in" and your rig will still track down the road correctly.
I wouldn't mess with adjustable trac bars until you get to the 3 inch and above lift scenario.

|ygohome||when I had the daystar 1.75" budget boost spacers the stock front trackbar pulled the front axle noticably (to my eye anyway) .5" to 1" to the drivers side. and in the back the axle was pulled a bit to the passanger side. Didn't negatively affect anything though and nobody could notice unless they studied it up close. worked great, don't let the trackbar thing keep you from doing the budget boost|

|KellyK||my rear axel is off but not enough to worry. Besides... after you put your BB in your going to want another lift so it wont be in there too long anyway..lol|
