RioGrande95YJ Air down to 17 and four high first gear will be fine. Don't make any sharp turns at high speeds or you will risk rolling a bead. Good luck! I have been going out a lot lately and that has worked fine for me. If you do begin to get stuck, do NOT spin your tires. If worst come to worst then unhook and rehook at a different angle. Have fun!

Towing a pop up on the beach

Hi everyone,
I have searched all over the internet and I could not find much info on this topic. I was hoping someone here could help offer some advice. I recently purchased a Palomino pop up (weight 1805 lbs unloaded) that I will be towing with my 5 speed 6 cylinder 03 wrangler. My jeep has a 4 inch lift with 33x10.5 tires and no other mods. There is a campground in my area that allows any self-contained rv to camp right on the beach, waterfront. The only trouble....Sand. I intend to try and tow this pop up through some very soft sand. Before I attempt this, does anyone here have experience with this or have any recommendations for me.

4wd low?
tire pressure on jeep?
tire pressure on pop up?
etc...

Thanks for helping,
Chris
