Jeep TJ Maintenance -what should be done when?

I didn't find another thread like this so I decided to pop one out.

Went and got my oil changed today and they had recommended a bunch of things that I have no experience with.

1st off... Dif's what color should the fluid bee(to tell whether it is old or not)
and how often should it be changed?

2) transmission fluid- is an oil can Henry's tech capable of doing that with out major issues? How often? what color?

3)trans. Same question as 2

4) any other things I should do?
I am a newer TJ owner.. only my third jeep, but I was young and stupid with the first two.. Don't want to repeat the same mistakes.
