lee indy Spacers or backspacing. Then you may haven to lift the trailer or change out the fenders to clear

Irongrave Jeeps are 5x4.5 bolt pattern if your trailer is 5 lug there is a good chance that its the same. only issue might be width as the jeep wheels are probaly a lot wider then the OEM trailer wheels.

lee indy whats the bolt pattern? lots of adapters or buy a diffrent hubs. etrailer.com

Jeep up my trailer.

How can I put tj wheels on my trailer? Trailer is a 5 in lug and tj is 4 1/2 I think. How do you change the hub on axel and change lug pattern on trailer?
