How does the rancho lift work for you? How is the ride quality? If the ride quality is poor is there anything joy can do to make it better such as using non rancho shocks?

DiscDog I havent actually used any metro shops for 4x4. When I had my cobra I have a friend with a performance shop in rogers who did all my heavy lifting. stuff in over a decade.

I would recommend your first step be decide what you want from the lift, then on the lift itself. Really with the exception of brake lines/bleeding the suspension stuff is generally pretty easy with basic hand tools, especially on a nice new clean jeep.

Dc_fromthe_tc New to the Forum. I'm from Robbinsdale and I just got my Jeep a few months ago. Anybody know where I can get a lift kit done at? I have a 2012 JKU. I'm looking to get a 2.5-3" lift. I'm trying to avoid a rough country lift though. I've heard bad things.

Gonz Ice caves! We're headed there next week, probably will take the new JKU. Staying at the Inn on the island so we'll be taking the ice road back and forth. Also going to take the kids dog-sledding.
