|kecksnext||I have a 99 TJ and i went with the daystar 3" kit which also came with the 1 " body lift. Shocks included. I didn't need the t-case drop or SYE but all Jeeps are different. I love the lift but the shocks make you pee blood after a few off road trips. That's my only complaint and i've been running it for 2+ years. My next investment is a good set of shocks then she'll be set. Oh yeah, i'm running the 33 x 12.5 on the stock 15" rims. I needed spacers in the front though to keep from rubbing on full turns. Go with what you like and can afford.|

I ran a 2" BB with 33's and had no real issues easy install and not much $$. Only problem I ran into was gearing went to hell. I had 3.07 and the 33's made it almost undrivable, she was a dog. If you have 3.73 you can get away with the 33's.
Just my .02

I wouldn't go with a 3" budget boost. Look at one of the entry level 3" spring lifts with shocks. Zone seems to be a popular option. You should also consider a small body lift.
When you say siderails are you referring to rocker guards? I run A to Z Fab rocker guards on my rig. I think they are a quality product for the price.
