Blinker Gremlin decided to visit

Ok so this past week my right blinker in the back quit working. I pulled the bulb today and the bulb isn't blown. I put it back in and now none of the blinkers are working on the right side and when I turn the blinker on it makes this awful buzzing noise from inside the dash. The noise sounds like an old telephone. Any ideas?
