Rust removal/welder in RI?

I'm actually in Boston but if anyone has a good welder who could do a lot of repair work on my 01 wranger's frame I'd be interested in bringing it down. Basically my entire frame is nearly rotted out and needs a lot of work. I have one estimate for 3k which seems on the high side.
