Engine Swap?

Hey guys,
I have a 95 with a 2.5L engine and AX5 transmission. Recently my transmission has gone bad and I cam across a deal on a 4.0L with AX15 transmission for a very nice price ($450) with only 90,000 miles out of a 93.

My question for you guys is what other parts would I have to get to go ahead and do a swap?

Radiator?Wiring Harness?ECU?Fuel Pump?
