JKU Pass rear door unlock problem.

I have a 2010 jku sport. I'm unable to lock and unlock the passenger rear door nothing happens no clicking sound its just dead. i checked the connector its clean and the power window works as well just not the locking unlocking mechanism... from what I'm finding online is that it may be the door actuator? I was also thought it could be the a fuse but didn't see a fuse for individual doors. I did however see there was a 15amp fuse in the m38 slot"lock and unlock mtrs" it specifies a 25amp on the fise diagram. But i would assume none of the door locks would work not 3/5 if the 15 was the wrong one? Has anyone had this issue happen before?
