Yep, that's the way to go! Heck of a lot easier than plasti dippin', and looks great on my JKUR, too!

oOoYTSEJAMoOo Yea...I ordered the $10 OEM black logo off of ebay. My local dealership wanted $48 for the same thing! I applied a piece of masking tape under the first "J" to the second "e" and ended the right side of the tape flush to the drop down of the "p". Provided a great reference when applying the new one. I just popped the old letters off, rolled my thumb across the excess to wipe it off, and then used rubbing alcohol to take off the left behind goo. Applied the new one, then removed the masking tape. Took about 10 min. Love the look!!

Spraying JEEP logo black

How do I go about doing this? Wanting to replace the silver or chrome JEEP letters on my grill.
How can I remove it and not damage it?
What spray or paint product do you guys recommend for doing this?
Thanks
