Silversldr The running light's bulb had blown during the fiasco yesterday and once replaced all lights were fully operational. I didn't get to the relay today. My stereo had blown during a nasty rain storm. Bought a marine head unit and went to replace it today. It was another wiring nightmare, but it too is fully operational and cleaned up now.

Thank you for your help. I am sure I will be back soon. This fixer upper is really that

I will replace both of them as we'll. I don't believe the hazards have worked on it prior to this. She is a Michigan special so I have a lot of built in air conditioning and Jerry rigged items that I need to replace

Silversldr The drivers side issue has been resolved. I cleaned where it bolted up and works like a champ. Thank you. Now tracing wires and dealing with the passenger side

jokerchief462 You have more than one problem but start with drivers side rears. Remove the lens and remove the three mounting bolts for the tailight assy. The assembly gets its ground from the tub. So clean up wher the three bolts mount and renstall.

The amount of chasing you are doing may have upset a wire harness connection so check all again. As for the passenger side steady indicator on the dash points to a bulb not working. Get some new bulbs and see what that does. The running light on the passenger side needs to be checked if it is still a goood bulb and where is the ground?? I don't remember. Best I got.

1995 YJ turn signal issue

The drivers side rear turn signal doesn't operate as well as the brake light. Reverse is good. While in the process of tracing wires, passenger side quit working altogether and now the reverse lights on drivers side has quit working. My running light on passenger side is not working now either. When operating the turn signals to check for operation the drivers side dash indicator works with the front light winking and blinking. The passenger side is steady. I have verified the fuses are in good shape.

Do I have 2 issues here or is this just one large one. I am at a loss of what to do outside of ripping out all the wires and running fresh wires.

Any help would be appreciated
