I had an similar issue a couple months back.
It ended up being my turn signal switch. I was told it has control of your headlights also, if you pull it back towards you it engages the high beams.
I was told a common issue is the switch getting stuck. pull the level back and see if you hear it click. if not its prob stuck. you can easily fix this with a flat head screwdriver until you can take the column apart to replace it.
the base of the lever connects to a piece of metal that controls the small white plastic switch. you can reach it from the bottom of the steering column. I cant remember if i had to take the plastics off the dash or not to get to it. once you find the white plastic part that is stuck just pop it back into place.

|BCDonny||hook up a test light to headlight connector for the low beams to see it's getting power, if it is then it's you head lamps, if there is no power check your switch.|
