|PStov98TJ||And yes a 2" budget boost is the same at 2" spacers on all 4 stock springs.|

|kfdjason7620||Yep, the bb or budget boost is just spacers, and you sure can run the original shocks. I ran this sane setup for a couple years. Now I have 4 inch longer springs up front and the 2.5 inch spacers in the back. Everything else is still completely stock. And I am running 33x10.50s with no issues. But whoever put the rims on it before I bought it got the backspacing perfect|

So I ordered a set of ProComp Rock Crawlers (15x8) today along with some 31x10.5x15 M/T's.
PStov98TJ you mentioned that these will fit as the Jeep sits, which is what I had thought. But I do want a little lift for looks. You mentioned a 2" spacer lift with new shcoks. Now are new shocks required? Looking online it doesn't seem so, but want to be sure.
Kfdjason mentioned a 2" bugdet boost. Is this basically just a 2" spacer lift like mentioned above? This seems like a very economical solution. Any other thoughts on this? It just seems so simple! Although I'm not sure I want to tackle this job on my own...and especially not if I do shocks too!
Thanks again for helping a real newbie out here!

|PStov98TJ||Don't do a body lift that's over 1.25". Just causes too many problems. If you want a simply 2" lift just do a spacer lift and get some good shocks (bilstiens, OME, BDS). 2" will give you plenty of clearance for those 31's. (In fact, you don't even need a lift for 31's unless you just want it for the looks). And lastly if you don't plan on running bigger/wider tires in the future like 33x12.50's, wheels with 4.25" bs would be more optimal, but the ones you mentioned won't hurt. They'll just make the tires stick out a little further than they need to.|

New Jeep owner with questions...
I just bought my first Jeep today and am looking forward to making it my own. It is a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport and is bone stock right now. I have a few questions...
-I am looking at a set of Pro Comp Rock Crawler Series 152 wheels (15x8 with a 3.75" backspace). It appears as though these should fit no problem right?
-then I was going to wrap those with 31x10.5x15 tires, just not sure which ones yet (open to suggestions)
-also looking to lift it 2-3"...just trying to decide between a simple body lift and a full suspension lift. And advice? It will just be driven locally for fun....not off road.
I am going to a local 4WD shop tomorrow but wanted to have some advice/ideas before I go.
Thanks in advance for any help!
