motor mount brkt question

I am putting a 95 4.3, 4l60e and tcase into 97 wrangler. I have the engine sitting where I want in the jeep but the control arms from the frame to the front axle are in the way of mounting the brkts for the motor mounts because the arms move up and down with the axle. I got the brkts and mounts kit from novak but cannot use them in this situation. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
