XJtoJK You need to decide what you're going to use your Jeep for, and what you are going to need from your tires. If your Jeep is a daily driver than an all terrain tire is probably best suited, Goodyear, BFG, and General make a couple of the nicest all terrains on the market for a decent price and in many different sizes. If you are going to do any rock crawling or more challenging off road trails or 'mudding' than you're going to want a mud terrain which again there are many different options, sizes, and manufacturers available.

Check out discount tire direct . com and online tires . com. Probably your best prices and customer service. Hope that helps, good luck.

Help with new wheels and tires

I'm pretty new to the Jeep family. I just bought a wrangler last June. It's an '07. I'd like to get a good offroading tire/wheel combo and a 3'' suspension. Can anyone give me some ideas as to a good tire/wheel combo when it comes to affordable price and a reliable manufacturer? I'd like to get the wheels and tires and the suspension before spring hits.

Please and thank you!
