Kilby front bumper & sway bar use question

I really like Kilby's 42" front bumper and plan to order it soon. I also want to purchase there bolt on stinger for it. It states that it doesn 't fit with the factory sway bar on top of frame rail. Would it be that bad if I were to remove the sway bar altogether? I don't plan on driving on the highway much. Is this potentially dangerous?

I really want that stinger
