LAFAYETTE LA suggestions for Jeep owner

I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ with a 2" superlift...just enough to make it look a bit sportier than factory. I have under 100,000 miles. I have 2 primary uses for it....I use it for pulling my DJ utility trailer for gigs and I use it for joy-riding, cruising but I do not take it off-road (don't hate me).

The clutch is stiff, the seats are worn and torn, the bumper is banged up, the paint is faded and scratched. Its time for a make-over!

I have no mechanical ability at all and don't want to get ripped off. My son is almost 16 and I'm hoping to give him the Jeep in near future. I really need to know WHO in the Lafayette area I can trust to take my Jeep to and pay to have them thoroughly check out everything and make me a priority list of things that need to be done, so I can take care of any of the mechanical or electrical stuff 1st, then have it re-painted and then take care of all the suspension modifications, new seats, audio system, new center console, bumpers, new fender flares, fog lamps or spot lights, etc... That way, as I get extra money I can take care of one or more thing at a time by priority, cross it off my list and continue to do that so that maybe within a year I can have it completely updated, mechanically sound and give it to my son.

Who in town is best deal for the mechanic stuff, the paint, the modifications? Hopefully, one shop can take care of all of it, but if not, that's okay, too.
