The Smittybilt XRC armor install is a very involved installation. They take a lot of time to get them to fit just right. I know a few guys who have installed them and said they were kind of complicated to install. As for trimming I don;t know if you will have to trim your Jeep or not. Here are the Installation Instructions right off of Smittybilt's site.

Rear XRC armor intallation... help?

Was wondering if anyone had to do any trimming away at the wheel wells to get the smittybilt rear XRC armor to fit properly. I heard from a guy who said he had to do some cutting and I was wondering how much if any it would take to get a good fit.
