DarthGromit Google Maps displays it; you can either go to Bonneville Point via I-84 and then come west, or go Gowen Road (21) and take a turn onto Technology Way, follow that till it turns to dirt. Ive been there twice now, probably go again tomorrow actually, there are tons of side trails here to explore.

here are the coordinates for the west end off of Technology Way/Columbia Ave:

43.525651,-116.087133

Bonneville Point

Yesterday i went to Bonneville Point, just east of Boise on I-84.
nice decent jeep trail, you can actually drive along the path of the oregon trail for quite a while.
some pretty deep ruts, my bone stock jeep almost got stuck a couple times; you can go around the bad spots though, so any jeep should be able to run it.
beautiful scenery, great trip.
