jeeperman Looks pretty good! Great way to save some money! If I didn't have the factory wheel lock for the spare, I would definately look into that!

SOLUTION to securing spare tire

Well I got my new skins and I wanted to secure my spare tire on the back. Instead of using one of the 3 studs, we welded our own bolt through the bracket and put a pad lock on it. It was very simple. We mounted the tire on the bracket, outlined a hole, drilled the bracket, found the correct size bolt, drilled it to size to enable the pad lock, welded the bolt in the hole from the back side and then mounted the spare. I did not want to take away the use of a 3rd lug nut. What do you all think?
