If you want to keep a smoother ride make sure you get like an all season tire or something. Getting mud tires, they will be a little rougher ride and can hum on the highway due to the knobby part of the tire.
If you like it the way it is, I would suggest looking in craigslist for take Sahara take off's. guys upgrade there rims and tires all the time and sell the used ones. Great way to save some cash.
If you want black rims, and have deep pockets. Look at the XD Rockstars. Awesome rims and they look fantastic.

|Krummy||I recently bought the same model and put on 35" Goodyear Dura Tracs with 17" ProComp 7069's. I bought it all from 4wd.com they gave me a pretty good deal about $2k delivered mounted and balanced. Ride is great not sure how it compares to stock as I haven't driven a stock model before. The DT's are great though very quiet and smooth i changed from KM2's which are Mud Terrain and it was a world of difference. You can PM the 4wd.com rep on here and get a price quickly.|

Newbie***2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara
I'm so excited I finally got a Jeep. I need to buy new tires and right now it has factory 255/70/R18 Bridgestone. Can anyone tell me where I can get a good deal on tires? Also if I wanted to go with rims (Black rims) what kind of rims (size) should I go with to make sure it don't take away from the smooth ride it has now with the factory rims.
