bbtj I'm on the other side of the state. It is fairly easy to do, as long as you have a SWR meter. CB Antenna Tuning Instructions | Right Channel Radios.

Help tuning CB in STL

I am totally new to the cb world. I just bought a midland 75-822 and at the same time purchased a fire stik II with the ultra mount. I have the radio in my jeep now, but haven't ran the wire for the antenna yet. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience tuning the SWR. I have heard nothing but horror stories about the CB shops here in STL so I was wondering if someone could help.

Thanks in advance!
