2.5 randomly misses on highway

Ok so I have a weird issue. Took my jeep to work for the first time and noticed a odd and random issue.

In 5th gear jeep starts to miss badly causing the speed to drop fast. I down shift and problem goes away.
Shift back to 5th problem comes back.

Realized the problem only occurs when rpms are below 3k with a load.
If I'm crushing threw town it won't do it.
After awhile on the highway the problem will go away.

Any ideas guys? Thank you in advance
