n00g7 The most obvious thing to me is checking the filter/filter box for water intrusion if you haven't already. If there is water in there, expect the worst, if not, next thing you could check for is spark at plugs. You've already checked the easiest things, provided you checked to make sure the relays were actually functioning rather than visually bonkered.

cranks but will not turn over

2000 jeep wrangler 4.0 manual transmission will crank but doesnt turn over. I assumed it was a fuel pump issue, no luck. Fuel pump pressure reads almost 50.

checked fuses and relays, all good.

Dash gauges are working, turn signals and radio working fine.

*** Played in the sand and water a few days prior. Then 3 days later the sudden the engine shut down while driving.

Not sure where my issue may be.... Please help!
