Water Dog Front yoke torque is 90-130ftlbs. My rear yoke on my JB conversions SYE was 200, not sure what yours is. Just a thin bead of rtv on one side of the case is fine, just make sure the case is really clean. Put it together wet. Iused the blue permatex rtv and it worked great.

TJ T-Case Problems/Questions...

I've been fighting with my T-case for a week. I did install a TeraFlex Extreme-SYE this past fall but didn't replace my chain. This past week, I pulled it and replaced the chain... but I have a few questions. Now after I got it mostly back on... residual ATF is leaking where the case splits.

TeraFlex does need to improve their directions and/or pictures. The first time I put the speed sensor ring on up-side-down, which it goes together, but when you torque it down the rear tail shaft binds. Also, it does not mention how many FT/LB to torque the front yoke.

So, I do have a few questions

• Front Yoke, how many FT/LB? I assumed the same as the rear.
• When putting the RVT on the case:
- Do you let it set-up before putting it together or do you put it together wet?
- Do you put RVT on both halves?
