|denisbaldwin||Nevermind on my last question. With a little research, I see I can install the either way (and it's a popular thing to do). Working on marking where I'll be moving the fuel tank up and through the floor now.|

|denisbaldwin||When installing cherokee springs, can they be installed backwards (so the long part is in the front), pushing the rear axle back toward the tank? From the pictures I've seen, looks like the eyelets are bigger on one side than the other (for body mounts as opposed to shackle mounts).|

Offset leaves for rear... off which vehicles?
After trying to get my pinion angles right and my driveshaft angles right, I'm still having issues. I think I'm going to take the next logical step and push my axle back a bit to see if that fixes the issue.
I know the XJ springs have a center notch that is slightly off center (like 2-3"???) but I've recently heard you can use other springs too. Does anyone know of other springs that are heavy duty (5 or 6 pack), long enough (to give me 0" to 2" of lift) and how far off center the notch is?
I'd ideally like to go back 4-5" (toward the magical 100" mark). I've already made plans to move my fuel tank up and out of the way.
