icecream Cool, guess I was a bit nervous cause I bought it without knowing much about jeeps, so far everything looks good except for a few bouncing gauges, and some dirt . Anyway can't wait for summer when I get time to clean it up go exploring! Here's a pic, has new flowmaster exhaust and u- something or others/shocks and the rear end blew out a day before I bought it so it was just rebuilt. and yah its white, but I like white!

sevenservices check the clutch fluid on the firewall first. It uses brake fluid, sometimes you just need to add a little bit and pump it up.

and Welcome!

roadyrob no adjustment on a hydro clutch. could be a little air in the line, try bleeding it.

mbannin Buyer's remorse for buying a Jeep? I have owned 4 CJ's and now have a YJ and the only remorse I have ever felt was seller's remorse.

Scott-CJ8 Sounds like a simple clutch adjustment. As for the rest... well, Jeepin' is a lifestyle .. some things you just gotta get used to.

Lucky2balive It sounds like an adjustment not a big problem that you should be questioning your entire choice to buy. I also got a 90 6cyl a few weeks ago, my first wrangler, but i have had 4 XJ's (which have same engine and trans). The main thing to remember is this is a Jeep not a Porsche, it may not always be the smoothest ride, but in 6in of snow youll still get home. Welcome to the Jeep family!

91 6cyl. Having some serious buyers remorse for no apparent reason. Picked it up in Portland yesterday and drove back to Seattle without a hitch (except it didn't come with doors so I froze my arse off).
only thing is, it seems the clutch needs to be held down for a second before shifting or it sometimes grinds a little, anyone know if its just an adjustment (clutch doesn't slip)? Other than that help me forget my buyers remorse!!!!!
