1. The way I do it is to open a new tab with the thread you want to link to. Copy (control+C) the URL in the address bar at the top of the screen and paste it (control+V) in your post.

2. I'm not 100% sure but I think it depends on how the origional picture is linked to the post. If it is uploaded to WF then it should copy, if all the person has done is copy and paste it from another web page, it may not come up in the new post. To get around this, you can copy and paste the picture along with quoting the post.

How do you share a link to a related thread in a post in a different thread?

Also how do you quote a post with a picture but still retain the picture you are quoting/commenting on in that post?
