Radiator steaming sound

After a drive in the jeep the radiator sounds as if it has lots of steam in it. Would that mean just low of coolant? I do think it has a small pin hole leak as i smell the coolant after a long drive but only when i stop.

What price am i looking at to replace the radiator myself?
