Got any pictures showing them?

To update...the 2'' industrial velcro that I purchased completely took care of the issue...for me anyway. It's wider and stronger than that included with the doors and allows the uppers to be adjusted 'up' while still holding strong at the top of the door. What I did was have half the Velcro stuck to the door and the other half over-lapping above, this creates a strong connection between the Velcro and uppers. Hope that helps anyone having a similar issues.

The wheels are AEV pintlers in argent (color). And thanks on the doors...they were a good purchase. On and off in about 60 seconds.

The General Some simple eye bolts and I can store them safely when off using minimal space.

Sure, I'm working long shifts all weekend so may be a few days before I get a chance to take some photos in decent light.

Yes me also...however not sure I would be willing to spend the cash on them unless I could sell these ones. I am contemplating using this to 'blacken' them to a darker shade.

I could lay an upper beside the too but it's in the basement and I don't think the light would be an accurate reflection. I realize this doesn't help you much if waiting a couple weeks isn't an option. Cheers.

Rubedog Sweet that's no biggie.. If I don't buy the panel/cover for it right away do the oem mirrors fit on the tube part?
04-09-2014 10:31 AM
TOK I really like mine. Only thing with them is completely minor, the catches/strikers rattle over bumps. A strip of electrical tape around the catch alleviates that.

I got a separate set of mirrors for them so I could swap them on and off quick.

Bestop Element Doors

I'm looking to buy the bestop element doors which give it that off-road nice open feel.. Anyone have opinions on how they are or maybe some better types out there ?
03-12-2014 02:32 PM
mikeJKUR Ok talked to Bestop and I was able to get everything I needed for the doors. You are able to buy latchs individual. Got all the parts I needs for under $90.
Now I just need to get mirrors and the rear door enclosures.

TOK I put the electrical tape on the catches. Seems to be a common trick and works great. The handles can jiggle a little on rough roads, but by the time it gets to that point you're pretty enveloped in wind noise.

Its currently about 9 degrees here. Looking at this pic is bumming me out. A great bigto you warm weather guys!
Cool...
Do they rattle?

And yup....I think that is how I'm going to "justify" these.

I may add the pads from a bmx bike to the top bar so I have a soft place to rest my elbow.

Based on the reviews (and cost) I'm thinking I would just go with the frames, not the skins. Hopefully front and rear.

Barmanvarn Never did pull the trigger on these. Ran my soft doors from late March to early November this year.

I'll probably just hold off and buy mopar half doors in a year or so.
